Return Policy
- If you receive a defective product, please
contact us by phone during business hours (1-718-525-1259) within 10 days of receipt of goods
for a RMA#.
- Shipment will be refused if RMA# is not
visibly referenced on returned package.
- No credits will be issued for unauthorized
returns.
- All returns must be freight pre-paid.
Liability Claims
All merchandise becomes the customer's property
upon delivery to the carrier. Please take up claims with the carrier
within 7 days and retain original packaging for inspection by carrier.
