Return Policy
- Please
contact us by phone during business hours within 10 days of receipt of goods
for a RMA#.
- Shipment will be refused if RMA# is not
visibly referenced on returned package.
- No credits will be issued for unauthorized
returns.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.
- Personalized items are non-returnable.
- All returns must be freight pre-paid,
shipping costs are non-refundable.
All refunds will be issued in the form of a paper check mailed to the billing address on the original order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for receipt after the refund is issued.
Liability Claims
All merchandise becomes the customer's property
upon delivery to the carrier. Please take up claims with the carrier
within 7 days and retain original packaging for inspection by carrier.
