All wholesale customers must be approved before gaining access to ordering on our
site. Please follow the steps below to apply for a wholesale account.

- Fax the following documents to 1-215-399-1700:
• State Tax Resale License
and/or Business License
Once these documents have been received your account will be approved and you will be able to view
pricing and place orders. Please allow up to 3 business days for this process to be completed.
We will email you when your account has been approved.
